At Club Moment Café, we aim to elevate your experience. Therefore, our commitment is to provide you with the best service and an exquisite coffee.

As with all coffees, ours is likewise a perishable commodity. To ensure the freshness of the coffee, Club Moment Café roasts to order. That is our primary reason for not accepting returns. Nevertheless, should there be any discrepancies with your order, if the item is defective, or you find yourself dissatisfied with your coffee, have inquiries regarding its brewing process, our proficient Customer Experience team stands ready to assist you. Please contact us at customersupport@clubmomentcafe.com within 14 days of your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
